On June 28th, Huang Rongyuan, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Liwan District, Guangzhou, and Huang Jianming, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Shiwaitan Subdistrict, Liwan District, Guangzhou, visited the Shandong New Green Smart Modern Agricultural Industrial Park for research and a symposium. Chen Zongxiang, Chairman of Guangzhou HaiXiang Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. (Member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Liwan District, Guangzhou, and Vice Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce), accompanied the delegation. Huang Rongyuan and his delegation toured the Phalaenopsis automated production base, the Anthurium cut flower production base, the corporate culture corridor, the central control room exhibition hall, the cut flower vase testing area, the packaging center, the preservation center, and the water and fertilizer center at the Shandong New Green Smart Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, gaining a detailed understanding of the digitalization, technological advancement, and intelligence of modern agriculture.
Fan Tianqing introduced: "The Shandong New Green Smart Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, jointly invested and constructed by Lanling Agricultural Reclamation Development Group Co., Ltd. and New Green (Zhejiang) Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., is currently the world's largest production base for Anthurium cut flowers and the largest domestic production base for Phalaenopsis cut flowers in terms of both scale and technological sophistication. As a renowned domestic enterprise in the sales of Anthurium cut flowers, HaiXiang Flower Company possesses mature sales channels and market networks. New Green has formed a strategic alliance with them, rapidly entering southern markets such as Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau, thereby enhancing brand recognition."
Chen Zongxiang accompanied the tour and explained the vase testing of different varieties of Anthurium cut flowers under various environmental conditions, as well as market conditions, stating: "Through the mature channels of our HaiXiang Flower Company, Anthurium cut flowers are exported in large quantities to regions and countries including Hong Kong, Macau, and Vietnam." During the symposium, Chen Zongxiang also noted that Shandong New Green Anthurium cut flowers have become one of the highest-quality and most market-dominant flower brands in China. He emphasized that we should fully leverage Shandong's advantages as a major agricultural province and its geographic conditions, actively secure additional resources and opportunities from various sources, and further consolidate our brand and product strengths.
Huang Rongyuan remarked that the New Green park features a rational layout and well-developed supporting infrastructure, with broad prospects for the cut flower industry and modern agriculture. He noted that through joint development with Guangzhou HaiXiang Flower Company, fully utilizing the resources and advantages of both parties to improve production efficiency and market competitiveness, thereby enhancing regional industrial competitiveness and economic vitality, provides a valuable model for comprehensively supporting rural revitalization.
