On November 24th, attendees of the Linyi City Rural Revitalization On-Site Promotion Conference visited Lanling County, with a key focus on inspecting the Shandong New Green Smart Agriculture Industrial Park. Attendees included Cui Fengyou, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Bian Feng, Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference; Zhang Baoliang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee; Wang Kangliang, Secretary of the County Party Committee; and Li Chunzhong, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Magistrate. Fan Tianqing, General Manager of Shandong New Green Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., warmly received the delegation and provided a detailed introduction to the park's construction and other related matters.

The New Green Smart Agriculture Industrial Park represents a total investment of 470 million RMB and covers an area of 1,000 mu. It is being constructed in two phases. Phase I, with an investment of 260 million RMB, features high-standard, intelligent multi-span glass greenhouses. Phase II, with an investment of 210 million RMB, primarily focuses on the construction of a smart fruit and vegetable factory, as well as a large-scale comprehensive horticultural center that includes the China-Europe International Modern Agriculture Training Center and the Tencent Cloud Digital Agriculture R&D Center. The industrial park has four major advantages:
Large-Scale Facilities. The park houses the largest domestic high-standard intelligent glass greenhouse for fruit, vegetable, and flower cultivation, covering an area of 140,000 square meters. Additionally, a 100,000-square-meter smart fruit and vegetable factory and a 3,000-square-meter tissue culture breeding center are under construction. The horticultural center in Phase II covers 3.3 hectares and serves as a comprehensive horticultural hub integrating modern agricultural exhibition, training, R&D, and ornamental displays.

Broad Application of Technology. In fruit and vegetable production, an advanced Dutch model is adopted. Through the Tencent Cloud platform, digital customization of premium tomatoes and gift watermelons is carried out, enabling 365-day harvesting with a single investment. For plant tissue culture and breeding, a fully automated logistics system is used, focusing on cultivating virus-free tomato, watermelon, and other fruit and vegetable seedlings. For ornamental displays, the "Blooming Flower Vision" is an indoor natural ecological environment integrating fruits, vegetables, and flowers, representing a globally unique indoor three-dimensional landscape. For operational management, the "CCC" model is adopted, achieving pesticide-free and ecological production while reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
Strong Talent and Expertise Recruitment. The "China-Europe International Modern Agriculture Training Center" in Phase II plans to introduce world-leading equipment, germplasm resources, and data-driven cultivation concepts. Relying on the Hoogendoorn IIVO computer system and the Tencent digital platform, the center will continuously supply management and technical talents for the commercial operation of modern agriculture and smart greenhouses across the country, bridging the entire industry value chain of "R&D – Production – Supply – Sales – Service."

Excellent Market Performance. Upon completion, the park will become the largest and most technologically advanced comprehensive production base for fruits, vegetables, and flowers in China. It will produce an annual output of 50 million high-quality seedlings, 4,600 tons of premium tomatoes, and nearly 10 million cut flowers (pots), providing over 300 jobs and driving the development of more than 2,000 mu of facility agriculture. Products will be sold primarily to major domestic markets and exported to countries and regions including Japan, South Korea, Australia, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
The New Green Smart Agriculture Industrial Park aims to support the development of modern agriculture, with premium fruits, vegetables, and high-end flowers at its core. It strives to create a distinctive garden-style industrial park with seamless integration of production and landscape, promoting the vigorous development of Lanling's vegetable, flower, and "Internet of Things+" models. The park is committed to becoming a practitioner and pioneer in the deep integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary agricultural industries.
